bitchin' is only but a temporary relief
There are three kinds of people i know:
  • People who make our lives difficult
  • People who make our lives more difficult than they already are
  • People who allow other people to make their lives difficult (and then whine and complain and when things still don't go their way, they start to make other people's lives difficult; then they can join the people in Group One)

Oh and there's the other kind -- people who are neither here nor there. They just make up the numbers, y'know, like sometimes you buy canned green peas and realize you have ten peas more but they actually don't matter much because who actually counts their peas and, no wait... who actually eats peas? Okay i do but my brother and cousin and some of my friends don't so it doesn't count. Come to think of it, my theory doesn't make any sense. Hor?

So back to the four kinds of people i know. Actually there are more, tons worse, but the more i think about them, the higher the propensity of me turning out to be just like them. Karma works pretty fast, see. Anyway, these people are godsend la... because only with these people around would you actually hear chantings of "Ouhhh my gawwwd (God -- either in a thick Australian accent or when yawning)". I'd actually interpret that as praises to the Almighty.

Okay cut the bull.

I have shitass people at my working place, far more than there are kickass hardworking people. But humans are never one-dimensional -- we're as complicated as algebra, and i'm sure those neneh people aren't as horrible as they portray themselves. I know they're capable of being awesome people. Just, don't be an asshole and produce shit okay? Yes, pun fully intended.

I guess everyone's biggest obstacle is the vicious cycle and their main challenge is to break it. But seems like they aren't able to beat it, hence they join it. Kinda clever, 'cause it's the easy way out but kinda sad, 'cause they gave up too early.

Time for an attitude overhaul, a culture shock, and a shift in paradigm. We can't always have opposing beliefs and leave it as that, not even attempting to smoothen the crumples and set the records straight. If not for yourself, then at least to do it for your successors. I'd say it's only considerate to do so. And it makes sense. Moreover, i believe everyone's tired of the same old issues.

And then maybe, we'll finally have a (temporary) peace of mind to take on other pressing fresh issues, that are worth addressing. F'course.
